Phil Kemish

Phil Kemish has been working in the tech industry since 2011. In that year, they founded and became the Director of The BiG! Agency, a creative communication agency that connects brands with youth culture. In 2014, they co-founded Disrupt Media LTD, the UK's leading social marketing agency. In 2015, they co-founded the Rated Awards, the first of its kind in the UK, to showcase and build a platform that supports and celebrates UK Grime and Urban culture. In 2019, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of reboxed, an on-demand marketplace to sell, swap and shop certified pre-owned tech. Phil's goal is to rehome 100 million devices in a bid to tackle e-waste and reduce its environmental impact.

Phil Kemish attended Bellemoor School from 1995 to 2000, and Tauntons College from 1995 to 2000.
