Cynthia Respert has a long and varied work experience. Cynthia began their career in 1995 at Ford Motor Company, where they held various roles including Material Handling Manager, Material Scheduling Supervisor, Running Change Coordinator, Production Distribution Specialist, Consignment Analyst, and Production Analyst. In 2006, they moved to Honeywell (previously Datamax-O'Neil) as the Procurement Manager and Director of Manufacturing. In 2010, they became the CEO, Executive Business Consultant, and Implementation Partner at Marie Elan, LLC. Since 2015, they have been the COO and Strategic Partner at Rebrand Cities, where they are responsible for oversight and leadership of organization operations and processes, identifying and maximizing synergies with channel partners, and developing teams to coordinate and execute city tours, accelerator programs, workshops, and live events. Cynthia has worked with a variety of partners, including Cadillac, Thrivent, AT&T, Detroit Pistons, Venture For America, City of Detroit, and Rocket Community Fund.

Cynthia Respert has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1995. Cynthia then obtained their MBA in Business Administration from Wayne State University between 1996 and 1999. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Project Management from Google, Speaking and Coaching from The John Maxwell Company, and Trainual Certified Consultant from Trainual.
