Bonnie Davis

Bonnie Davis currently serves as Chief Lean Officer at Re:Build Manufacturing, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Bonnie held multiple roles at JELD-WEN, Inc., including Vice President of Global JEM Transformation and Director of JeldWen Excellence Model (JEM), Training. Bonnie also worked as Lean and Continuous Improvement Leader at JPS Composite Materials from March 2014 to September 2016, focusing on the implementation of Lean methods and business system deployment. Bonnie's extensive experience in Lean and quality management spans a 28-year tenure at Hanesbrands Inc., where significant roles included Senior Manager of Lean and Global Process Sustainability and various quality assurance positions. Bonnie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles from North Carolina State University and completed training at Visual Thinking INC.
