Previously, Chad held the position of President of Engineering & Production Solutions at HGGC and served as CEO of Nutraceutical Corporation, where significant market leadership was achieved in health food specialties. Chad's leadership extends to various roles, including Co-Owner of the Boston Pride Professional Hockey Team, and board memberships in organizations such as Trudela and ASAP Industries. With a strong background in operational excellence, Chad has contributed to firms like Service Experts and Dynojet Research. Chad's academic credentials include dual Master’s degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Business and Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, along with Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Chemistry from Utah State University.
