Narendra Damor has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. In their current role at Re:Build Manufacturing, Narendra is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for multiple companies. Prior to this, Narendra served as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at U.S. Army Recruiting Command, where Narendra led a team of recruiters and filled over 100 vacancies annually. With a background in project management and leadership in the US Army, Narendra brings a wealth of experience in recruitment, training, and team management.
