Mike Spain

Mike Spain began working for Skanska, formerly E. L. Yeager, in 1993 upon graduating from Chico State with a construction management degree. His current role at Skanska is Operations Vice President working in the Southern California area. With experience working in both the public and private sector which include heavy highway, residential and commercial property development, freight and transit rail, and environmental restoration. He is a board member of AGC California, San Diego chapter and long-time member of the Caltrans Construction Partnering Steering Committee. Mike has spent his entire professional career at Skanska, something he is very proud of.
