Juliana Villalba Torres has a wealth of experience in the business world. Juliana began their career in 2004 as a Professional Practice of Real Estate and Workplace Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In 2005, they became an Analyst of the Real Estate and Workplace Services area at Hewlett-Packard. In 2007, they joined Belcorp as the New Product Innovation Leader for the Esika, L'Bel and CyZone brands in the categories of Makeup, Fragrances and Facial Treatment. In 2012, they became a Professor of Creativity and Innovation for Marketing at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Professor of the Chair of Creativity and Innovation at CESA - Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración. In 2010, they co-founded CreativeLab and served as Co-founder and Director of New Businesses, leading the growth and expansion of the business in Colombia, Peru and Bolivia, achieving more than 300 clients from the public and private sectors. In 2017, they co-founded Rebus Technology and DAT Fair (Design, Architecture and Technology), and currently serves as a Co-Founder & Board Member, supporting the alignment of the strategic vision and managing the relationship with investors. In 2022, they co-founded Athena NYC.

Juliana Villalba Torres has an education history that includes a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 2000 to 2006 and a Specialization in Innovation and Business Development from Universidad Externado de Colombia from 2008 to 2009.
