Umair Arif

Umair Arif is an experienced professional in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with a diverse background across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Officer CSR at REC Limited since July 2023, Umair previously held the position of Deputy Manager- CSR & EE at GlobalLogic from April 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating with NGO partners and monitoring project implementation. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Dalmia Bharat Group, Senior Executive- Academic Mentor at Bharti Foundation, and Program Facilitator- CSR at Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited, where Umair managed CSR initiatives and project funding. Umair began the career at Aon Hewitt as a Team Member- Proc, handling client payroll and benefits. Umair holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work in Mental Health from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Aligarh Muslim University.
