Josh Wehrly

Josh Wehrly is the Assistant Creative Director and Co-Founder of Rec Room, a virtual social club that allows users to create and play games with friends, in which Josh has been involved since March 2016. Prior to this role, Wehrly served as a Software Engineer II at Microsoft Game Studios, where Josh contributed to the development of Roboraid, the world's first mixed reality first-person shooter, from November 2014 to March 2016. Wehrly also held the position of Software Development Engineer in Test at Microsoft Game Studios from August 2013 to November 2014. Wehrly holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from the University of Michigan, completed in 2013.
