Head of Consumer Insights at Rec Room

Shannon Graham has extensive experience in consumer insights and market research. Shannon is currently the Head of Consumer Insights at Rec Room since February 2022. Prior to this, Shannon was at Jam City, where they held the position of Director of Consumer Insights from November 2021 to February 2022, and Senior Manager of Consumer Insights from November 2020 to November 2021. Before Jam City, they worked at MGA Entertainment as a Senior Manager of Quantitative Research from April 2018 to October 2020, and as a Manager of Quantitative Research from July 2016 to April 2018. Shannon also had a role at Mars as the North American Growth Champion in Consumer & Market Insights from March 2015 to April 2016. Shannon worked at Electronic Arts (EA) as a Senior Manager of Consumer Insights from November 2013 to March 2015. Prior to that, they worked at PhaseOne, A Business of the SI, as a Communications Analyst Manager/Forecasting Group Lead from January 2008 to November 2013. Shannon also gained experience at Mead Johnson Nutrition as a Manager of Global Customer Insights from July 2005 to August 2006, and at Mary Kay Inc. as a Senior Market Researcher from December 2000 to July 2005, and as a Strategic Planning Assistant Manager from November 1998 to December 2000.

Shannon Graham holds a Bachelor of Science (BSPH) degree in Biostatistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Shannon has also completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biostatistics from the same institution.
