Wayne Osborne

Wayne Osborne, MEM has accumulated a wealth of experience in various roles across different companies. Wayne started at Advanced Silicon Materials as a Siemens Technology Engineer in 1996 before moving on to Tama Chemicals as a Production Manager/Quality Assurance. Wayne then worked as a Technology Manager at Advanced Silicon Materials before joining REC Silicon to hold positions such as Technology Development Manager, Fluid Bed Project Manager at TianREC, and Director of Business Development & Sales at Moses Lake Industries. Currently, they serve as the Silicon Gases Global Sales Director at REC Silicon. Wayne also dedicated time as a Reserve Sergeant at Grant County Sheriff's Department, showcasing their diverse professional background.

Wayne Osborne completed an Associate of Science (AS) in Physics & Chemistry from Big Bend Community College in 1988. Wayne then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics & Engineering Technology from Eastern Washington University in 1990. Continuing their education, Wayne completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Materials & Mechanical Engineering at Washington State University in 1997. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering Management from Washington State University Graduate School in 2020.
