Ray Jussen

Ray Jussen has a strong background in revenue operations and sales strategy, currently serving as RevOps at Recall.ai since May 2025. Previously, Jussen held various roles at Plume Design, Inc. from February 2020 to May 2025, including Manager of SMB Strategy & Operations, where a Python web scraper was developed to identify over 3,500 prospective customers and create a new product and go-to-market strategy that secured budget approval from the CEO. As a Senior Account Executive, Jussen managed sales cycles in the US West SMB & Enterprise territory and achieved 105% of quota over four quarters, successfully closing over ten new customer accounts. Jussen's earlier experience includes managing global Sales Operations for 60 sales representatives at Plume Design, as well as roles at Morgan Stanley as a Wealth Management Intern and at Cloud Lending Solutions as a Sales Operations Intern. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from San José State University.
