Letícia Coletto

Letícia Coletto is an accomplished professional in Human Resources and investment, currently serving as an Angel Investor and Advisor at Eluvi since June 2023, and as Vice President of Human Resources (VP de RH) at RecargaPay since March 2022. At RecargaPay, Letícia is responsible for HR structure across Brazil and Argentina, leading a team of over 20 professionals and reporting directly to the Co-Founder. Prior to this role, Letícia held significant HR positions at Itaú BBA from March 2019 to March 2022 as Head of People Wholesale Bank and HR Senior Manager, and at Itaú Unibanco from October 2007 to March 2019 as Human Resources Manager and Business Partner. Letícia began career as a Human Resources Intern at Unibanco AIG Seguros e Previdência S.A. and has a solid foundation in project consultancy from PUC Junior Consultoria. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategic People Management from FIA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, complemented by various courses in coaching and finance.
