Julia Nowak is an experienced recruitment specialist currently working at RECARO Aircraft Seating since September 2023. With previous experience at Sitel Polska Sp. z o.o. and John Deere Polska Sp. z o.o., Julia has developed skills in candidate selection, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, experience as an HR generalist and administrator has strengthened expertise in personnel processes and employee support. Julia holds a Master’s degree in Labour Economics and Human Resource Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business and has completed postgraduate studies in Negotiations and Mediation.
