Mathias Hecht

Mathias Hecht has a range of work experience in project and program management roles. Mathias started their career at Siemens HSL-Zuid Project in 2005, where they served as a Scheduling & Control Manager before becoming a Project Manager for Control Test & Integration. In 2008, they transitioned to the Siemens ETN Project, taking on the role of Programme Manager and overseeing project management responsibilities until 2011. Mathias then joined Bombardier Transportation as a Technical Project Manager from 2011 to 2013. Since 2014, Mathias has been with RECARO Aircraft Seating, initially as a Program Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager. Mathias eventually assumed the role of Head of Programs and is currently serving as the Head of Technical Services.

Mathias Hecht attended Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven from 2000 to 2004, earning a Dipl.-Ing. degree in European Civil Engineering Management (ECEM). In 2001 to 2002, they also briefly studied at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, specializing in European Civil Engineering Management (ECEM). In 2019, Mathias Hecht obtained a certification as a Certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA Level_B) from IPMA: International Project Management Association.
