Roland Grimm

Roland Grimm currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain and Sustainability at RECARO Aircraft Seating, where responsibilities include managing order administration, purchasing, logistics, and production teams within the After Sales Organization. Roland has held various roles at RECARO, including Director of Supply Chain & Sustainability and executive management positions in operations and sales, particularly for the Europe & CIS region. Prior experience includes leading product management for Behr Hella Service and managing product portfolios at Würth Industrie Service GmbH & Co. KG. Roland holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin.
