Vishwanath Iyer (vish)

Vishwanath (Vish) Iyer is an accomplished Certification Engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace seating industry. Currently serving as Certification Engineer III at RECARO Aircraft Seating since November 2017, Vish has previously held positions as Certification Engineer II and Certification Engineer at PAC Seating Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing dynamic seat tests and managing project initiation and certification processes. Earlier experience as a Research Associate at Wichita State University involved welding, tool design, and process optimization related to Friction Stir Welding (FSW), along with mechanical testing and metallography. Vish holds a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University.
