Christa Schapka, CMQ-OE, MBA, has over 25 years of experience in the quality management field. Christa began their career in 1996 as an Accounting Analyst at HHA Services, which was acquired by ABM Industries in 2012. In 2002, they joined KUKA Robotics as a Quality/Safety Manager, and in 2012, they were promoted to Project Manager/Quality Manager - Area Americas. In 2016, they moved to Güdel US as a Sr. Manager - Quality, Facilities & Security. In 2019, they joined BorgWarner Inc. as a Global Business Unit Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement Specialist. Most recently, they have held roles at RECARO Automotive and Torsion Control Products & PT Tech (Timken). At RECARO Automotive, they are currently the Global QMS Manager and Senior Quality Systems Manager, and at Torsion Control Products & PT Tech (Timken), they are the Director of Quality.

Christa Schapka has an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University, obtained in 2002. Christa has additional certifications, such as Exemplar Global Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from AIAG - Automotive Industry Action Group obtained in 2019, R15.06-2012 /CSA Z434-14 Industrial Robot Safety Training and Robot Risk Assessment Training from MEK Consulting obtained in 2016, Lead Auditor ISO 16949 from AQS Management Systems, Inc. obtained in 2015, Programming 1 KRC4 from KUKA Robotics obtained in 2012, RAB Certified Lead Auditor ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 from Eagle Consulting, LLC. both obtained in 2004, Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from ASQ - World Headquarters obtained in 2019, and Certified IATF 16949:2016 Supplier Auditor from AIAG - Automotive Industry Action Group obtained in 2019.
