Olivia Harris

Olivia Harris has over 15 years of work experience in supply chain management and operations. Olivia currently serves as a Regional Director of Operations at RECARO Automotive, where they develop and executes the regional strategic plan and manages the financial performance of the region. Previously, they worked as a Logistics Manager at the same company. Prior to that, they worked at ALFA Klebstoffe AG as a Supply Chain Manager and Project Manager. Harris started their career at Henkel as an Operations Assistant and later worked as an Operations Coordinator and Operations Manager. Throughout their career, Harris has been responsible for managing budgets, coordinating activities, optimizing inventory levels, and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

From 2002 to 2006, Olivia Harris studied Mathematics and earned their Bachelor's Degree at the University of Mannheim. Olivia then pursued a Master's Degree in Statistics from 2006 to 2008 at the same university.
