Chelsea (Craven) Eugster has over 10 years of experience in marketing and sales management. Chelsea began their career in 2010 as a Marketing Coordinator at Zepol Corporation, where they later became a Marketing Manager and Business Development Lead. In 2011, they took on a role as a Data Analyst and Writer at Fastener World, Inc., where they researched and forecasted movements of global trade activities and published 13 articles. In 2012, they became a Member and Volunteer at the American Marketing Association. From 2013 to 2016, they held positions at LAKANA as a Marketing and Sales Manager and Marketing Project Manager, and at Horizontal as a Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager. Most recently, they have been a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and Head of Marketing at Recast Software since 2019.

Chelsea then attended Gustavus Adolphus College and received their Bachelor of Arts in International Management and Spanish in 2010.
