Morgan Rice, MBA has a diverse work experience. Morgan began their career in 2016 as a Guest Services employee for Altru Health System. Morgan then worked as a Human Resources Intern for the County of Grand Forks and the University of North Dakota Finance & Athletics Dept. in 2016 and 2017, respectively. In 2018, they were a Human Resources Business Partner, Benefits and Compensation Coordinator, and HR Assistant for the Three Rivers Park District. In 2019, they became a Yoga Instructor for CorePower Yoga. In 2020, they were a Senior People Manager and Human Resources Generalist for Recast Software and a HR Generalist/Recruiting Coordinator (Consulting through Versique) for Tactile Medical.

Morgan Rice obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of North Dakota in 2017. Morgan then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul in 2020.
