Paul Wetter has a wide range of work experience in the field of systems management and automation. Paul started their career at Arizant Healthcare as a Help Desk Assistant in 2002 and later held roles as a PC Systems Analyst and Security Analyst and Systems Admin. In 2010, Arizant was purchased by 3M, and Paul's position moved to 3M HQ in St. Paul, MN.

In 2012, Paul became a Systems Administrator at Lubrication Technologies Inc., where they managed and maintained IT systems and network infrastructure. Paul successfully executed a major project to migrate the server infrastructure to a public cloud environment and implemented helpdesk and inventory software.

From 2012 to 2014, Paul worked as a Systems Administrator at Three Rivers Park District, where they managed and maintained various IT infrastructure components such as SCCM, service manager, and VMware.

In 2014, Paul joined Cyber Advisors as a Network Engineer, specializing in systems management and automation using products in the Microsoft System Center 2012 suite.

From 2015 to 2018, Paul served as a Senior Infrastructure Applications Engineer at Vista Outdoor Inc., responsible for implementing and administering all aspects of the Configuration Manager environment across the company. Paul also handled environment automation using PowerShell and managed code in Azure DevOps and GitHub.

From 2016 to 2019, Paul presented at the Midwest Management Summit (MMS) on topics related to SCCM, Office 365 ProPlus, and BitLocker deployment and management.

In 2021, Paul joined Wells Fargo as a Senior Automation Engineer, participating in an Agile team responsible for designing and creating complex automations with PowerShell and C# to automate various processes. Paul also wrote UIs with C# and maintained databases needed to support the automations.

Currently, Paul is working as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Recast Software, starting in 2023.

Paul Wetter has a strong education history in the field of computer systems and technology. Paul first attended Brown College from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a PC/LAN Certificate focusing on computer systems and technology. Later, they returned to Brown College in 2006 and completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Network Development. During this time, they studied computer systems, networking, and technology, as well as general studies.

In addition to their formal education, Paul Wetter has also received certifications from Microsoft. In November 2014, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional: Monitoring and Operating a Private Cloud with System Center 2012 certification. In April 2014, they also earned the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager certification. These certifications demonstrate their expertise in operating and deploying system center configurations and monitoring private clouds.
