Silpa Salim

Silpa Salim has worked in the software quality assurance field since 2015. Silpa began their career at Intelli Sai Consulting as a QA Test Engineer, where they worked in an agile environment and reviewed design documents and business requirements. In 2015, they moved on to Qubalog Technologies as a Software QA Analyst, where they created detailed functional test cases and implemented Page Object Model with Data Driven Framework using Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, Maven and Java. In 2018, Silpa joined TradeRev as a QA Automation Tester, where they followed Agile/Scrum methodology and analyzed business requirements, functional specifications and design documents. Most recently, Silpa has been working at ICF Next as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst since 2019, where they have experience in Test Automation using Page Object Model (POM) Framework using Selenium WebDriver, Java, Maven and TestNG, Karate UI automation, performance testing using Jmeter, Adobe Experience Manager and Sitecore for content authoring, API testing using Postman, Azure DevOps (Test plan, Test case execution, Azure Board), and Jira.

Silpa Salim obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2013, followed by a Master of Technology in Computer Science from the same university in 2015. In 2021, Silpa Salim also obtained a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
