Joe Kang

Joe Kang currently holds the position of Vice President at Recharge Capital since June 2023. Previously, Joe served as a Summer Associate in Venture Capital and Growth Equity at StepStone Group for a brief period in mid-2022, and interned at GSR Ventures in the summer of 2021. Joe has extensive experience at Oriza Fund of Funds, where roles included Vice President, Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst from 2016 to 2021, focusing on post-investment evaluations of fund managers. Earlier in the career, Joe worked as a Treasury and Trade Solutions Analyst at Citi, contributed as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at UBS, and gained experience as a Summer Intern at Seilern Investment Management. Joe earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
