George Ishii

George Ishii is an experienced product strategist and designer with a background in leading product and user experience initiatives across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Strategy at ReCharge Payments, Ishii has held various roles such as Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Comparably, and Interim Head of UX at Betterworks. Ishii's expertise includes user experience design, analytics-driven design, and product management, having successfully supported numerous startups in refining concepts and optimizing user flows. Previous roles include significant contributions at PayPal, Geni, Yammer, and Kiva.org, showcasing a strong foundation in design and product development from early-stage startups to established organizations. Ishii holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
