Nidhal Charfi

Nidhal Charfi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nidhal is currently the Founder & President of UTTI, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Nidhal worked at Compass from 2015 to 2022, where they served as the Senior Director, Sales & Strategic Growth. Nidhal played a crucial role in the company's success by leading sales, business development, and strategy in key markets, contributing to revenue growth of over $6 million. Before Compass, Nidhal worked at Oracle as a Sales Leader for Oracle Marketing Cloud from 2014 to 2015. At LinkedIn, they held the position of Sales Executive from 2010 to 2014, where they excelled in new business sales and partnerships across various industries. Nidhal's early career included a part-time role at Football Consultants where they served as the Director for North America, Middle East, and Africa from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they assisted in contract negotiations for professional soccer players entering UEFA.
