Jo Bronckers

Jo Bronckers has had a range of work experiences in the real estate industry and related fields. Starting in 1999, Jo worked at Vesteda and focused on marketing and business development in the residential rental market. From 2000 to 2002, Jo was a policy officer at IVBN, representing institutional property investors to the government and research institutions. In 2003, Jo joined DLL as the Director of Real Estate Research, where they established a new and automated research department. Jo then had various roles at Rabobank Netherlands, including working in the Real Estate Division. From 2004 to 2018, Jo held multiple positions at FGH Bank, including DCO and Commercial Real Estate Consultant. During this time, Jo was responsible for project and process management, marketing propositions, relationship coordination, and representing FGH Bank in various projects and boards. In 2019, Jo became a member of the Real Estate, Climate Action Working Group, and Standardisation Committee at INATBA. In 2018, Jo co-founded FIBREE, a global network for exchanging knowledge between the real estate, IT, and blockchain sectors, and served as the Regional Co-Chair for the Netherlands. Lastly, in 2022, Jo joined ReCheck as the CCO, where they are responsible for product management and connecting the Green Box, a digital building logbook, to different markets in Europe.

Jo Bronckers attended the Eindhoven University of Technology from 1990 to 2000, where they obtained a degree as a Burgerlijk Ingenieur (Ir.) in Vastgoedkunde. In 2017, Jo also attended the Nyenrode Business University for a Masterclass in Blockchain.
