Kai van Mil

Kai van Mil has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kai started their career as a Lecturer at EuroCollege University of Applied Sciences in 2008, where they provided instruction to students. In 1999, they became the President of Van Mil Industries. As the President, they held leadership responsibilities within the company. In 2010, they worked as a Consultant at the Ministerie van OCW, where they provided consulting services. Since 2011, they have been the CEO of Rechtstelefoon, the largest independent law firm in the Netherlands, where they oversee the provision of legal assistance to individuals and entrepreneurs.

Kai van Mil began their education at Vrijzinnig Christelijk Lyceum (1e VCL) in 1996 and completed their VWO degree in 2003. Kai then pursued International Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2003 to 2006. Following this, from 2006 to 2009, Kai studied Law at the same institution. In 2009, they attended RYLA for a brief period to enhance their leadership skills.
