Brenda Li

Brenda Li has worked in various roles throughout their career. Most recently, they worked as an Implementation Engineer at Recidiviz starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Civic Digital Fellow - Data Science at the Bureau of Labor Statistics from June 2021 to August 2021. Brenda also served as a Research Engineer at the Mansueto Institute for Urban Innovation, University of Chicago from February 2021 to May 2021. Before that, they worked as a Research Programmer at Mathematica from August 2017 to August 2020. Additionally, they gained experience as a Mathematics Department Grader at Middlebury College from September 2015 to May 2017, and as a Teaching Assistant at BellXcel in June 2015.

Brenda Li pursued their education at Middlebury College from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Mathematics and Computer Science. After their undergraduate studies, Brenda attended the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago from 2020 to 2022. Here, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computational Analysis and Public Policy.
