Kris Gerig

Kris Gerig is a data analyst with extensive experience in public health and law enforcement analysis. Currently employed at Recidiviz since March 2021, Kris previously served as a crime analyst for the New Orleans Police Department from March 2018 to March 2021. Earlier roles include data analyst, evaluation coordinator, and evaluation research assistant at the Louisiana Public Health Institute from October 2012 to March 2018, as well as a community development intern at St. Roch CDC in 2012. Kris also worked as the H1N1 response coordinator for the Virginia Department of Health from 2009 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health (MPH) in International Public Health/International Health from Tulane University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from the University of Richmond.
