Founder & CEO – RECIKOM MM INNOVATION

Miljan Ilić is the founder and CEO of RECIKOM MM INNOVATION, a green tech company developing a modular digital platform for smart waste management, ESG compliance, and circular economy integration. He is a graduate of the Founder Institute San Francisco, the world’s largest startup accelerator, where RECIKOM was validated as a globally scalable impact solution.

Miljan studied Law and Economics, and brings extensive experience from public administration and the security sector. He has completed multiple international and national programs, including:

EIT Climate-KIC – EU-led training in circular economy and sustainable innovation

Serbian National SME and Startup Development Program

UNDP Green Agenda Accelerator, supported by the European Union, focused on green transition for businesses in Southeast Europe

Under his leadership, RECIKOM evolved into a full modular ecosystem that includes a mobile & ERP platform, Recikoin (blockchain incentive system), ESG automation, and specialized modules like Recikom Oil (used motor oil) and Recikom Construction (construction waste).

In 2024, RECIKOM was awarded 6th place in Serbia’s National Competition for Best Technological Innovation, among 159 startups, and has since expanded through a franchise-based model in the Balkans, Africa, and Latin America.

In addition to RECIKOM, Miljan is also the creator of several sustainability-driven platforms:

Recivana – a circular fashion initiative focused on women's employment and textile recycling

Optimus Bee – a digital platform connecting underserved labor sectors with on-demand local needs

NERA Smart Bin – solar-powered smart bins with IoT sensors and automated notifications

NOVAK Smart Box – an IoT-enabled urban solution for dog hygiene and safety

Nikola Tesla Hub (in development) – an investment and educational hub for startups and innovators

ReciLogistic – a system for managing food logistics and resource preservation

Recicool – a cold chain and supply platform improving access to organic and geographically protected food
