Fiona Umoh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Fiona most recently worked at Recipe Unlimited Corporation, starting in 2022. Fiona held the position of Head of Compensation, Benefits and People Analytics, responsible for overseeing compensation, benefits, and analyzing people data.

Before that, Fiona was at FedEx Express from 2017 to 2022. Fiona served as a Senior HR People and Business Intelligence Analyst and later as a Senior Total Rewards and Information Systems Analyst. In these roles, they provided data analysis, developed reports and dashboards, and offered insights to support business outcomes.

Prior to that, Fiona worked at Holt Renfrew from 2016 to 2017 as a Total Rewards Analyst. Fiona'sresponsibilities included program design analysis, reporting HR metrics to the board, and overseeing compensation and benefits coordinators.

In addition to these experiences, Fiona has worked at Redwood Strategic Inc. as a Microsoft Campus Guru on a contract basis, as an Administrative Assistant at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, as well as in various customer service roles at National Money Mart, YM Inc., La Senza, and McDonald's Corporation.

Throughout their career, Fiona has demonstrated strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in compensation and benefits analysis.

Fiona Umoh completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Human Resources Strategies and Technology from Seneca Polytechnic in the years 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained the MCAPPS certification in Microsoft Office Excel 2007 from Microsoft in February 2012.
