Lyle D'Silva

Lyle D'Silva has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lyle started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Morguard Investments Limited in 2012 and later served as a Human Resources Coordinator and Pension & Benefits Administrator. In 2015, they joined Mars as a People & Organization Coordinator. Lyle then moved to McCain Foods in 2016, where they progressed through different roles, including Human Resources Generalist, Organizational Effectiveness Manager, and Campus Programs Manager. Currently, Lyle is working at Recipe Unlimited Corporation as a Human Resources Business Partner and has recently been promoted to Director, People and Culture.

Lyle D'Silva's education history includes studying at Nipissing University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Lyle has also attended Sheridan College, where they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.
