Nichole de Gouw

Nichole de Gouw has extensive work experience with Recipe Unlimited Corporation. Nichole has held various roles including Director of Learning Programs, Senior Manager of Learning & Development Programs, and Senior Training Manager within the Social Division. Nichole also served as a Training Manager at Kelseys Original Roadhouse. Prior to their time at Recipe Unlimited Corporation, Nichole worked as an Operations Manager and General Manager at Kelseys Original Roadhouse and Montana's BBQ & Bar. Nichole also held the position of Assistant Manager at Swiss Chalet & Harvey's.

Nichole de Gouw attended Nipissing University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General. Nichole then pursued further education at Nipissing University from 2008 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree with a focus on Primary, Junior, and Intermediate Divisions. In addition to their academic qualifications, Nichole has also obtained various certifications, including National Food Safety Training from Restaurants Canada, Prud'homme Beer Certification, Smart Serve from Smart Serve Ontario, WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) Level 1 from Arterra Wines Canada, and WSIB Basic Certification from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).
