Andreas Lotze

Andreas Lotze is an experienced procurement leader, currently serving as Head of Procurement Europe Shared Service and Head of Procurement OSD at Recipharm since February 2022. With a robust background in global procurement, Lotze held various positions at Bayer from February 2005 to September 2019, including Director Global Procurement and Head Global Event Management. Prior to that, Lotze was with Roche as Regional Controller Europe and had earlier experience at Degussa Huls and Bayer in key account management roles. Lotze's educational qualifications include an EMBA from BSP - Business School São Paulo, coaching certifications from Greator & Herz über Kopf and Coaches Rising, a post-graduation from FGV EAESP, and a degree in Ciencias Economicas from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
