Anita Borulkar

Anita Borulkar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Anita currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Recipharm since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant from August 2020 to November 2020.

Before their consultancy role, Anita served as the Vice President Human Resources at Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd. (BFW) from July 2016 to February 2020. Anita also held the position of Associate Vice President Human Resource at Sandvik Asia from July 2011 to June 2016.

Earlier in their career, Anita worked as a General Manager HR at Eaton Fluid Power Limited from January 2008 to February 2011. Anita also gained valuable experience as a Manager HR at Lear Corporation from September 2004 to February 2007, and as an HR professional at Crompton Greaves from January 2002 to September 2004.

Anita Borulkar earned a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Mumbai between 1984 and 1987. Anita later pursued an Associate's Degree in Human Resource from the Welingkar Institute of Management from 1988 to 1990.
