Daniel Jackson has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Daniel started their career as a Multi-Skilled Operator at Berry Recruitment in 2012, where they worked in that role until 2013. After that, they joined Recipharm in 2014 as an Injection Moulding Apprentice and later transitioned to the role of Mould Systems Technician from 2018 to 2019. Daniel then took on the position of Lead Moulding Systems Technician, leading a team and managing NPI requirements until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Product Stream Technical Lead at Recipharm. Throughout their roles, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in managing and developing technicians, prioritizing corrective actions, providing expertise in investigations and risk assessments, and ensuring equipment and process efficiency.

- From 2014 to 2017, they attended Cambridge Regional College and earned a Level 3 Diploma in Polymer/Polymer Composite Operations (QCF) with a field of study in PEO2 Performing Engineering Operations.
