Dr. Christian Bösken

Dr. Christian Bösken has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dr. Christian is currently serving as the Head of Operations Network Strategy at Recipharm, a position they have held since June 2022. Before that, they worked as the Operations Network Strategy Manager at Sartorius Stedim Biotech from January 2021 to May 2022. Prior to their industry roles, Dr. Bösken gained valuable experience as a Project Leader and Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2015 to 2021. Dr. Christian also participated in development cooperation at Missionsstation St. Peter Canisius in Busunu, Nordghana in 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Postdoc and Doktorand at Forschungszentrum caesar and a Doktorand at the Max-Planck-Institut für molekulare Physiologie. Dr. Christian also had a role as a Diplomand at sanofi-aventis and gained experience as a Praktikant at DKFZ and a Trainee at EMBL. Dr. Christian Bösken has a diverse education background. Dr. Christian completed their Abitur at Gymnasium Lünen-Altlünen from 1995 to 2004. Dr. Christian then pursued their Vordiplom in Biologie at RWTH Aachen University from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they obtained their Diplom in Biologie from Heidelberg University between 2007 and 2010. Lastly, Dr. Bösken earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemie from the Max-Planck-Institut für molekulare Physiologie from 2010 to 2013.
