Nataly Youssef is the Co-Founder and CEO of Reclaim Health, a healthcare analytics company that specializes in developing cloud-based analytics software solutions that interface with hospitals’ electronic health records. Prior to starting Reclaim Health, Nataly was a Co-Founder and Partner at P2 Analytics where they headed the healthcare analytics vertical.

Nataly’s experience in healthcare analytics stems from their work as a research assistant at both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Texas A&M University. At MIT, they investigated approaches to model and optimize stochastic systems using optimization theory. Her dissertation involved theoretical work on developing a tractable optimization-based model solving the fundamental performance analysis problem of minimizing delays and optimizing flows within generalized queueing networks operating in steady and transient regimes.

Nataly Youssef completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering at the Lebanese American University. Nataly then went on to complete a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Texas A&M University. Finally, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Operations Research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
