Cynthia Rocamora

Cynthia joined Reclaim finance as Private Finance Campaigner in May 2022. She campaigns for financial institutions to adopt robust policies to exit the thermal and metallurgical coal sectors, and for measures to decarbonize steel production. She has a masters degree in finance form Sciences Po Strasbourg. Cynthia began her career at the United Nations in Geneva, where she worked on sovereign debt sustainability in developing countries. She then joined a local UNICEF committee to carry out advocacy and awareness raising activities. Before joining Reclaim Finance, she worked for four years for the French branch of Transparency International, where she campaigned to expose the impact of corruption on the environment and on human rights.
