Ajay Nirula

Ajay Nirula currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Recludix Pharma since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ajay held the position of Senior Vice President and Site Head at Eli Lilly and Company from August 2015 to April 2024. Ajay has also served as Executive Medical Director in Global Development at Amgen from 2011 to August 2015, and as Senior Director at Biogen Idec from October 2007 to May 2011. Additionally, Ajay worked as Associate Director at Merck from September 2005 to October 2007 and was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at UCSF from 2002 to 2005. Educational qualifications include an MD in Rheumatology from the University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine, an MD in Internal Medicine from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and a PhD from UT Southwestern Medical Center, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
