Max Orr

Max Orr has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant and Courier at BATJ, Inc. and served as a Board Member and Event Coordinator at Pathways Education (STEM for You and Me). In 2019, they became a Data Science Intern at Eurofins DiscoverX and also took on the role of Social Chair at PHI DELTA EPSILON MEDICAL FRATERNITY. In 2021, Max worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Cellarcus Biosciences. Max then joined Recludix Pharma in 2023 as a Senior Research Associate in Discovery Technology. Max was also involved in the UCLA Undergraduate Learning Assistant Program, where they served as a Learning Assistant from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, they held a position as the Marketing and Recruitment, Innovation Team Director at High-tech and Neurological Disorders (HAND) at UCLA from 2020 to 2023.

Max Orr attended Torrey Pines High School from 2015 to 2019. After completing high school, Max pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics from UCLA, which they completed in 2022.
