Or Elias has a solid background in data analysis, with experience in various roles and industries. They began their career as a Data Analyst at radd., where they worked from January 2022 to February 2022. Following this, they joined SparkBeyond as a Data Analyst from February 2022 to June 2022.

Or then moved on to work for the Israeli Military Intelligence as a Data Analyst from November 2018 to June 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading and coordinating macroeconomic and financial research in the Middle East. They specialized in data analysis, report writing, sanctions compliance, and budgetary and strategic analysis. They also collaborated with various institutions and presented to senior officers.
