Gary Estes has extensive experience in technical support, training, and operations management within the equipment service industry. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at RECO Equipment, Inc. since October 2017, Gary has previously held various roles at Towlift Inc., including Technical Support and Training, Service Manager, and Training Director. In these positions, Gary has focused on technical support for staff, course development, lean Six Sigma implementation, and employee development, overseeing teams of over 37 technicians and office staff.
