Joseph Richer has over 25 years of experience in regulatory roles, currently serving as Registrar at the Real Estate Council of Ontario since September 2012. Prior to this position, Joseph Richer held the role of Registrar at the Board of Funeral Services for nearly two decades, from January 1993 to September 2012. Joseph Richer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Wilfrid Laurier University, completing studies between 1985 and 1990.
