Jennifer De La Cruz

Jennifer De La Cruz has a diverse work background, starting with their role as a Vice President in the Central Coast Division of UCSB for Circle K International, where they promoted service, leadership, and fellowship. Jennifer then worked as an Operation and Sales Coordinator for Tecfen Medical, focusing on providing high-quality medical disposable products worldwide. Jennifer later joined Energy Experts International as an Administrative Assistant, assisting with management consultation on energy issues. Jennifer then moved on to Gator Bio, where they gradually advanced from a People Operations Coordinator, responsible for recruitment and HR processes, to a People Operations Generalist, overseeing onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance with regulations. In their most recent position at ReCode Therapeutics, Jennifer serves as a Senior Human Resources & Talent Operations Specialist.

Jennifer De La Cruz earned a Bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara, where the field of study is not specified, between 2011 and 2015. Jennifer later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global, starting in 2019 and expected to complete it in 2023.
