Anthea Besser

Anthea Besser is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Re:Cognition Health since January 2025, Anthea has previously held similar positions at Draycott Nursing & Care, NJC (Not Just Cleaning), New Victoria Hospital, and Schoen Clinic, where responsibilities included HR transformation and strategic management. Anthea's career began at The Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability as Associate Director for HR and Learning & Development. Anthea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Classics from the University of Reading, completed in 2001.
