Carley Sugeng

Carley Sugeng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee experience and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Employee Experience at Recollective since January 2023, Carley has previously held several roles at Smart & Biggar from April 2017 to January 2023, including Talent Advisor, Talent Specialist, and Talent Coordinator. Additional experience includes a tenure as a Group Fitness Instructor at GoodLife Fitness from January 2010 to June 2019, a Team Leader at Target from June 2013 to April 2015, and a Lab Technician at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency between October 2006 and March 2012.
