Dana Cassady

Dana Cassady has extensive experience in business insight and customer services, currently serving as Vice President at Recollective since 2014. Prior roles at Recollective include Vice President of Customer Services, Director of Account Management, Manager of Client Development, and Research Implementation Consultant. Previously, Dana worked as a Senior Marketing Research Analyst at OnResearch Inc. from 2011 to 2013 and as a Research Assistant at McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business from 2010 to 2011. Dana holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, earned in 2011.
