Kathryn Welsh

Kathryn Welsh is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and services leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Services at Recollective, Kathryn holds global accountability for the Services organization, including consulting, customer support, and services enablement. Previously, as Senior Vice President of the Customer Office at Adlib, Kathryn oversaw customer success, professional services, and customer operations. Earlier roles include Senior Director of Professional Services at SAS Institute, where Kathryn was responsible for delivering SAS solutions, and positions at DST Systems, Manulife Financial, John Hancock Financial Services, TSX Group, INTRIA Items Inc., Allianz, and Thomson Reuters, where Kathryn developed expertise in project management, business systems, and technical services. Kathryn holds a BA in Combined Honors in Management and Economics from the University of Guelph.
